How do I book a MOVA Villa? Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

You can book directly through our official website. If you need to modify or cancel your booking due to special circumstances, please add us on LINE to contact customer service first.

What payment methods do you accept? Do you require an upfront payment or deposit?

Currently, we only accept credit or debit card payments. Please contact customer service for other payment options. No deposit is required, but full payment must be made upfront.

When is check-in and check-out time?

Check-in time is after 3:00 pm and check-out time is before 11:00 am.

How do I check in?

We currently offer a self-service check-in method, using an electronic code lock. The code will be sent no later than 11:00 am on the day of check-in. Please add us on LINE and provide your booking details to facilitate receiving the code.

Do you provide airport shuttle service, car rental or guided tour services?

Mova Villa provides a variety of services. If you have any specific needs such as transportation, car rental, or guided tours, please add us on LINE to discuss with our customer service team.

Is there parking space?

Yes, each villa has ample parking space right in front.

How to get to Mova Villa from the airport or train station?

Besides Haramizu, all the properties are a bit farther from stations, so renting a car is recommended.
For Haramizu Mova Villas: You can take the airport shuttle bus to JR Higo-Ozu Station, then take the JR to Haramizu Station. It is a 3-minute walk to the property.

What is the maximum guest capacity? Are extra beds or mattresses available?

The recommended number of guests varies depending on the room type, but is generally 4-6. If you require an extra bed, you can purchase it when booking.

Are there any discounts for long-term stays?

For long-term stays, please contact customer service on LINE for more information on potential discounts.

Are meals included?

Meals are not provided. However, each property has a spacious kitchen for your convenience (seasonings are not provided). Each MOVA Villa provides a variety of tableware, pots and pans, and a dishwasher. It is also very convenient to buy ingredients at the nearby supermarket.

Are toiletries provided?

We provide some toiletries in each property, including disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, towels, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Guests are also welcome to bring their own.

How is garbage and recycling handled?

Please follow the simple sorting instructions on the bins inside the property. Our cleaning staff will dispose of the waste after your check-out. Kindly avoid leaving any trash outside the property.

Will there be cleaning staff every day?

Housekeeping is provided after check-out only. For long-term stays or additional cleaning needs, please contact customer service via LINE.

Are single-room rentals available?

Mova Villa does not offer single-room rentals. We only provide full-property rentals, which are ideal for groups of 4-6 people or more.

What is the exact location of the Mova Villa?
