Refund & Reservation Change Policy
At Mova Villa, we strive to provide each guest with a flexible and worry-free booking experience.
Please read the following refund and change policy carefully before making a reservation:


Refund Policy

  • Within 7 days of booking (inclusive):
    You are eligible for a full refund with no conditions.
    Please contact our customer service via our official LINE account to request a refund.

  • After 7 days of booking:
    In principle, refunds will not be provided.
    However, we are happy to help you reschedule your stay instead.


Stay Date Modification Policy

  • You may change your check-in date within one year from your original reservation date.
    Please contact us at least 3 days before your original check-in date to make the adjustment.

  • If you need to postpone again due to special circumstances,
    we will do our best to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.
