Within 7 days of booking (inclusive):
You are eligible for a full refund with no conditions.

After 7 days of booking:
In principle, refunds will not be provided.
However, we are happy to help you reschedule your stay instead.
Stay Date Modification Policy

You may change your check-in date within one year from your original reservation date.
Please contact us at least 3 days before your original check-in date to make the adjustment. -
If you need to postpone again due to special circumstances,
we will do our best to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.
