Retention policy

Once a reservation is completed and payment is made, cancellations and refunds are not possible. However, under special circumstances, options for rescheduling or holding the reservation may be considered:

  1. Rescheduling due to personal reasons:
    If you need to change the check-in date or other related details for personal reasons, while cancellations are not allowed, we offer rescheduling services. After rescheduling, your reservation will be retained but must be used within the specified period. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture.

  2. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes):
    If the government or the local government of the guest’s location issues a directive to suspend work or classes due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, you will be allowed to postpone your stay. This postponement will incur no additional charges, but you must complete the rescheduling and check-in within six months.

For both scenarios mentioned above, the reservation amount will be held for six months, during which you may select a suitable date to rearrange your stay. If unused within this period, the reservation amount will not be refunded or retained further. We appreciate your understanding.
