入住守則
- 入住時間：15:00後 & 退房時間：11:00前。
延遲退房：如未於規定時間前退房，將酌收 每小時 3,000 日圓 的延遲退房費用，敬請配合。 - 入住資訊：預約確認後，將發送入住方式與停車資訊，請依照當日提供的密碼進入別墅。

登記資訊：須確認訂房人之姓名與入住人數，並登記訂房人以下身分資訊：

- 室內禁菸：本民宿為禁菸民宿，請勿在民宿內抽菸，請您移駕至戶外區域並請將熄滅的菸蒂帶回室內丟棄，勿隨地丟棄至民宿外面。
- 禁止穿鞋入內： 為維護室內清潔，請勿穿著室外鞋入內。敬請於玄關脫鞋，並使用本民宿提供的室內拖鞋。
- 廚房使用：包棟提供廚房設備、鍋碗盤器具、冰箱、電鍋等。退房前請務必清潔完畢，並隨手關閉電源、冷暖氣及水龍頭，若無遵守將收取10%的清潔服務費。

民宿備品與服務說明：
- 提供備品：牙刷、牙膏、沐浴乳、洗髮乳、潤髮乳、大小浴巾。
- 設備：民宿內設有洗衣機與烘衣機，可自行清洗與烘乾衣物
- 寢具與毛巾更換：毛巾、床單、被套、枕套等不額外提供更換，請自行清洗後再使用。
- 數量限制：本民宿已備有基本備品，數量有限。如有額外需求，請自行準備或購買。
- 清掃服務：入住期間不提供額外打掃服務，敬請見諒。
- 入住期間垃圾處理：垃圾需依規定分類處理。住宿期間如需協助處理垃圾，請加入官方帳號並聯繫民宿助理。
- 社區安寧：為維護社區安寧，請勿在民宿周邊住宅區隨意逗留或閒晃，並請於晚間 22:00 後降低音量，避免高聲談話與產生戶外噪音。
- 違法行為：請勿在民宿內吸毒、聚賭、酗酒及攜帶違禁藥品與危險物品或從事任何違法行為，如經發現有違法事宜一律報警處理，不便之處敬請見諒。
- 財產責任：請愛惜使用民宿內之設備、物品，如在住宿期間遭損壞、破損或遺失，需照價賠償。當您入住過夜離開民宿或外出時，請鎖好所有門窗。
- 加床服務：加床皆為日式床墊，如有需求請加入官方LINE詢問。
- 寄放行李：因空間有限，且顧及清潔及管理的需求，目前不提供寄放行李的服務，感謝您的理解與配合。

Accommodation Notice

- Check-in Instructions: After your reservation is confirmed, check-in details will be sent to you. Please use the password provided on the day of check-in to access the villa.

- Kitchen Use:Our full-house rental provides kitchen facilities, cookware, utensils, and appliances such as a refrigerator and rice cooker. Before checking out, please ensure that all power switches, air conditioning, and faucets are turned off.
- Villa Amenities:We provide basic amenities, including toothbrushes/toothpaste, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and large and small towels. A washing machine and dryer are available on-site. For extended stays, replacement of amenities, bed linens, or pillowcases is not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own items based on personal preferences.
- Community Etiquette:Mova Villas are located in residential areas. To maintain a peaceful environment for both guests and neighbors, please keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM.
- Prohibited Activities:The following activities are strictly prohibited:Drug use、Gambling、Excessive drinking、Possession of illegal substances or dangerous items、Any unlawful activities. Violations will be reported to local authorities immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
- Property Responsibility:Please take care of the facilities and items in the guesthouse. Any damages, breakages, or losses incurred during your stay will require compensation at the item's original cost. When leaving the villa for extended periods or overnight, ensure all doors and windows are securely locked.
- Non-Smoking Policy:This is a non-smoking property. Please refrain from smoking indoors. If smoking outdoors, ensure cigarette butts are fully extinguished and disposed of properly indoors. Do not litter outside the property.
- Extra Beds:All villa units are equipped with one double bed, two oversized single beds, and two Japanese-style floor mattresses. Additional beds or bedding are not provided.。
- Luggage Storage:Due to space and management considerations, we currently do not offer luggage storage services. Thank you for your understanding.

- キッチンのご利用｜キッチン設備として鍋やフライパン、食器、カトラリーをご用意しております。また、冷蔵庫、電気ポット、炊飯器などの家電も完備しております。ご利用後は、退室時に全ての電源がオフになっていること、エアコンや暖房機器、水道の蛇口が確実に閉じていることを確認ください。
- アメニティーについて｜歯ブラシ/歯磨き粉、ボディソープ、シャンプー/コンディショナー、タオルなどをご用意しています。また、洗濯乾燥機も設置されていますが、連泊の場合はアメニティやベッドリネン（シーツ・枕カバーなど）の交換は行いません。必要に応じてご自身でご用意ください。
- 近隣住民への配慮｜Mova Villaは住宅街内に位置しています。宿泊施設および近隣住民とのトラブルを避け、住みよい環境を保つため、22:00以降は音量を抑え、騒音を控えてください。
- 違法行為について｜宿泊施設内での薬物使用、賭博、飲酒によるトラブル、違法薬物や危険物の持ち込み、その他の違法行為は厳禁です。違反を発見した場合は警察へ通報いたしますので、ご了承ください。
- 施設の利用｜施設内の設備や備品は丁寧にご利用ください。滞在中に損傷、破損、または紛失が発生した場合、相応の費用をご請求いたします。外出時や宿泊施設を離れる際には、すべての窓とドアを施錠してください。
- 禁煙について｜館内は全て禁煙となっております。電子タバコもご遠慮頂いております。屋外で喫煙する場合は、吸い殻を室内にお持ち帰りの上、ゴミ箱に入れてください。ポイ捨てはお控えください。
- エキストラベッドサービス｜部屋にはダブルベッド1台、セミダブルベッド2台、2組の和式マットレスを備えています。そのため、追加のマットレスやアメニティの提供は行いません。。
- 荷物預かりについて｜スペースの制約および清掃管理の観点から、現在は荷物のお預かりサービスを提供しておりません。ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
